I Want Daddy

Those are Ethan's favorite words. Everytime he starts to get into something or doesn't get what he wants, he starts saying, "I want Daddy." Except is sounds more like he slurrs I and want together. Oh, and don't forget the whine that goes with it. It's cute...for a while. But, it is cute that he loves his Daddy so much. He can't wait for Daddy to get home so they can play.

Alexis loves school and is so disappointed when it is not a school day for her. She always wants to go somewhere and do something. It is just not a fun day when there is nothing to do or anywhere to go. She is so excited for tomorrow when she can be a pink butterfly.

Brawn is getting so big. He went for his 6 year old doctor visit and was so worried he was going to get a shot. Lucky for him, no shots! He is getting so tall. He is in the 75th percentile for his height, but not gaining a lot of weight. He is just stretching out. Trevis thinks he will be taller than me by the time he is in 4th grade. I'm afraid he might be right.

Ethan also went to the doctor for his 2 year visit and we found out he is still the runt of the family. He is only in the 25th percentile for height. He has a least put on a few pounds since his last visit, now he is a whopping 26 pounds. He can't seem to sit still for very long, so I am surprised he has put any weight on. He is always on the go. He also went to the dentist and we found out that he does not like that at all. You would think we were tortouring him the way he cried. But all was better once he got his new Tigger toothbrush.

Alexis was so proud of herself that she did not cry at the dentist. She was so brave. She was disappointed that it wasn't her turn to visit the doctor. She just doesn't understand why she has to wait until December. I haven't told her it is so she can get her 4 year old shots.

Brawn is getting his first permanent tooth! Yea! He is so excited, but none of his baby teeth have fallen out yet. He has one that is loose, but not very loose. Who knows when that will happen. Hopefully it will be a good experience for him and not a tragedy.
